By creating an account or using Wardrobe AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account#
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the info you provide and for keeping your account secure.
- One account per person. Don't share your login credentials with others.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Wardrobe AI.
Your content#
You own the photos, posts, and other content you upload. By uploading it, you give us a license to store, process, and display it back to you (and, for anything you choose to make public in the community, to other users) solely to provide the app's features.
If you turn on "Help improve WardrobeAI" (Profile → Data & Privacy — see the Privacy Policy's "Help improve WardrobeAI" section for exactly what this covers), you separately grant us a license to use the specific photos, corrections, and feedback you contribute through that feature to train and improve our models. This license is limited to what you actually submit while the setting is on, and doesn't extend to your wardrobe photos or other content in general.
Community conduct#
If you use community features (posts, comments, stories, follows), you agree not to:
- Post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Post content you don't have the rights to.
- Spam, scrape, or abuse other users or the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
AI features#
Outfit recommendations, AI stylist chat, and try-on images are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or occasionally wrong — they're suggestions, not guarantees. Don't rely on them for anything safety-critical.
Automatic Gallery Scan is also automated, and its face-matching and garment detection can occasionally be wrong — a photo could be skipped, or a detection could land in your possible matches instead of being auto-approved. Review what it finds before relying on it being complete or fully accurate.
Free features, Premium and AI credits#
Adding clothes (manually or with Automatic Gallery Scan), outfit recommendations, the outfit planner and calendar, reminders and notifications, laundry tracking, filters, collections and special occasions are free. AI try-on, AI chat, AI explanations, Style Match, Consider buying, shopping recommendations, wardrobe insights and gap analysis, and duplicate cleanup are Premium features. The features in each group may change; we will not remove a free feature to make it Premium without notice.
- Free trial: members who join on or before 31 May 2027 can claim a 6-month Premium trial with no payment method required. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends — you choose a paid plan or continue with the free features, and you keep your wardrobe either way. You start it yourself after signing in, and it is available once per person.
- Free plan: no AI credits and no Premium features, and a wardrobe of up to 100 items. Items you already have are never removed if you return to the free plan; you simply can't add more until you are under the limit or upgrade.
- Plans (each with every Premium feature): Premium ₹99 per month — 15 AI credits, up to 10 AI try-ons, a wardrobe of up to 1000 items; Premium Plus ₹149 per month — 25 AI credits, up to 18 AI try-ons, a wardrobe of up to 1500 items. Prices include applicable taxes and may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
- AI credit boosters: Starter ₹49 — 5 credits, up to 3 try-ons; Value ₹99 — 12 credits, up to 8 try-ons; Style ₹199 — 25 credits, up to 20 try-ons; Fashion Pro ₹399 — 55 credits, up to 50 try-ons; Fashion Studio ₹799 — 120 credits, up to 110 try-ons.
- AI credits are used only by AI try-on and AI chat. One AI try-on uses 1 credit, and each plan or pack also limits how many try-ons it can pay for — the remaining credits are for chat, which uses a small fraction of a credit per message. If a try-on fails you are not charged.
- Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month and any unused monthly credits expire at the end of that month. Booster credits are used after your monthly credits and stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Store subscriptions (Google Play / App Store) renew automatically each month until you cancel in your store account; cancelling keeps Premium until the period you paid for ends. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy.
- UPI: a UPI payment buys 30 days of access and does not renew by itself. UPI AutoPay is optional, set up only if you choose it, and can be turned off at any time in the app.
- Premium status is verified with our servers. If you are offline, a recently verified status keeps working for a limited time and must then be refreshed by going online.
Fair use and protection of the service#
You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app; extract, copy or reuse the on-device models or other app files; bypass or fake subscription, credit or licence checks; or use automated means to use the AI features. We may suspend accounts that do, and the app may stop working on devices where it has been modified.
Ending your account#
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer#
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms#
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
