Delete your account and data.
You can permanently delete your Wardrobe AI account at any time.
1. In the app
Open Profile → Delete Account and confirm.
- Your account and everything tied to it — wardrobe, profile, posts, follows — is removed from our servers.
- The app’s data on that phone is erased too: wardrobe database, garment, profile and face photos, face data, settings and scheduled reminders.
- This cannot be undone.
2. Can’t open the app?
Email wardrobeai.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account” — or use the contact form with the topic Privacy / data request. We’ll confirm once it’s done.
3. What we keep
- A one-way hash of your email address (not the address itself), so the free trial stays one per person.
- Anything we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires.
4. Data only on your phone
Uninstalling the app removes all data stored only on your device. Your face signature from Automatic Gallery Scan is never on our servers, so it’s removed when you turn the feature off, delete your account or uninstall.
